Towels are the necessities of our lives. We use it every day, but in fact, most end consumers don’t know how to use it correctly. I used to see many bad comments from consumers in our domestic B2C platform shop. To be honest, it deeply hurts my heart.

We provide different classes of products for different consumer groups. They have passed multiple tests, and the quality must be no problem! But why? So I analyzed these bad comments with my colleagues in the R & D department. We were surprised to find that these bad comment users used these high-end towels in the wrong way, such as pulling the hanging line, bleaching, high-temperature washing, etc.

After finding this problem, we specially made an enlarged version of the swing label and marked the use instructions on it. After a period of time, the bad comments of the e-shop have indeed decreased a lot. Here, I summarize and share these simple towel washing instructions with my cooperative partners. Hope this can help you solve some after-sales problems in your work.

THE RIGHT WAY TO USE TOWELS

• Do not use the new towel directly, please wash the new towel with water and use it after getting out of the floating hair.

• Used towels should be washed, dried, and dried before use. Do not reuse them without washing and drying, or even share them with others. We advised you to use three for men and four for women;

• Towels should be placed in a ventilated and dry place to prevent the breeding of various bacteria and increase the service life of the towels;

• Do not wash household towels at high temperature (above 30°C), and do not bleach, so as not to damage the skin;

• Towels should be replaced in time. Any product has a lifespan. Towels are fiber fabrics and are organic, and their lifespan is generally 3 months. Towels should be changed in time according to the time of use. If the towel develops mildew or becomes dry or hard, replace it immediately;

• Everyone must have their own special towel, and configure towel products for different purposes according to their needs. Face towel, bath towel, hand towel, bath mat, sports towel, etc. should be used separately;

• Towels should be cleaned promptly after use, disinfected once a week, it is best to dry in time;

• When the towel becomes greasy, you can add a little detergent to wash it by hand.
